By paying this deposit you are reserving your child’s place on the Adventures in Spanish Madrid Immersion Trip, taking place 4th–9th April 2027.
What this deposit covers
This £50 per person deposit secures your place in the group and will be deducted from your total trip balance. It is not an additional charge.
What happens next
Once your deposit is received you will:
✅ Receive a confirmation email with full trip details
✅ Be added to our Madrid Trip WhatsApp group
✅ Receive your balance payment schedule and deadline
✅ Have first choice of room configuration — double, triple, or quadruple
What’s included in the full trip
- 5 nights full board accommodation at AIL Madrid Student Residence
- 4 hours of Spanish lessons daily — classroom and out-and-about in Madrid
- All afternoon activities — guided city walk, Parque del Retiro gymkhana, OXO Video Game Museum and cooking class
- Full tutor supervision throughout
Flights to Madrid are not included.
Cancellation policy
Cost: 10€ per student will be included in the balance. This is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
Applicable in case of illness, personal matter, change of mind etc. The reason for the cancellation does not have to be justified.
Cancellations made::
● At least 1 month before arrival: 30% of the total amount will be retained
● At least 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be retained
● At least 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be retained
● 7 days or less before arrival: full payment retained
Important
Please ensure you purchase one deposit per person attending. If you are booking for more than one child, simply increase the quantity at checkout.
