If you or a member of your family suffer from a food allergy or intolerance and are going on holiday this year then you will need translation cards. Translation cards ensure that others are made aware of your allergy or intolerance despite any language barriers.
The cards are laminated, the size of a credit card and are printed in English on one side and Spanish on the other. Carry them in your purse or wallet and show the waiter when you are ordering a meal at a restaurant so they can assist you in choosing something appropriate from the menu.

Card 1 – An allergy card to use in restaurants to ensure your food is free from the particular allergen that causes your reaction and requesting assistance when choosing from the menu.

Q. Why would I need one of these cards?
A. If you have any kind of food allergy (eg. nuts) or intollerance (eg. lactose) then you need to ensure that the food you are ordering does not contain any of these ingredients.
Q. Are the cards effective?
A. Absolutley! They are written in Spanish and ensure 100% that your waiter understands what ingredients you cannot eat and what would happen if you did eat one of these ingredients (eg. urgent medial attention would be required).
Q. When would I use these cards?
A. The cards I produce are in Spanish and English so you would use them anytime you visited a Spanish-speaking country.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. To place an order simply send the following details to me at kelly@latinadventures.co.uk:
- Information of all the allergies or intolerances (up to four per card) you want included.
- Your full name.
- Postal address in the UK where you want the cards sent to.
Q. How much do the cards cost?
A. The cards cost £12.99 for two cards (P&P is additional).
Q. I’m booking a trip to South America with Latin Adventures how much will the cards cost me?
A. The cards are free to clients booking a trip with us.
Q. When would I receive my cards?
A. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from the day the order is place & payment received.
Q. I am due to travel in one week – can I still place an oder?
A. Yes. I will do my best to ensure the Cards arrive with you before you travel however there will be additional postal charges.
Q. How can I pay?
